A waterfront tower we built in Annapolis was crafted as a secluded office getaway, featuring a first-floor workspace with a wood-burning stove, a full bath, and a dedicated nook for a desk and conference table. A mezzanine loft offers a cozy retreat with a full-size bed, perfect for late nights. Below, an unfinished basement provides ample storage for boating essentials.

Another tower was designed as a fully equipped guest or in-law apartment, complete with a full kitchen, family room with a propane fireplace, and a spacious loft bedroom with a walk-in closet and luxurious tiled shower. A wraparound deck on the upper level and a large paver patio with a wood-burning fireplace below create inviting outdoor spaces.
